This week's "A Place in the Sun - Home and Away" is a special hour long episode featuring delightful couple Mr & Mrs Rine (Pictured above) and sharing their housing dilemma! Johnny wants to sell them a down-to-earth property in East Angular near a railway line, arterial main road, small airport, landfill site and racing circuit. Jasmine wants to tempt them away from this rural idyll to this mystery exotic location:
"Just look at those blue waters, that empty beach and blue skies", enthuses Jasmine with the sheer excitement only Jeremy Clarkson gets when he goes to his bank. "Just imagine those beautiful azure waters when the sun goes down and the little sailing boats return to the bay!".
"What could be nicer than this, with exotic local wildlife coming down to the water's edge in the evening to graze..."
And bringing their girlfriends with them...
"I don't really know....", says Mrs Rine as she thinks back to the safe rural noise. "This quietness is a bit distracting. And there are some pretty strange creatures here."

Lovely azure earrings, just the thing for the hippodrome.
Can't think of anything more sensible to say. I may be back.
Well I am sold on it. I think it was the sheep.......!
You do live in a particularly out-of-the-way part of rural Norfolk, Rog.
I would like to know which particular vitamins you and Mrs Rine take? I am very impressed by your youthfulness.
Me thinks the longing look in the sheep's eyes gives rather too much away.
Are you thinking of moving to Southend on Sea?

Chris: Hippodrome! That's where they were landing!
Jon: Haunting eyes...
Dave: We are a bit Industrial hereabouts.
Rosie: It's the Jasmine Tea!
Sarah: I have no idea what you are talking about.
Scarlet: I could change my name to Leon C. Resident!
James joyce would be proud, Rog!

No fighter jets flying 10 metres above the beach?
The proximity to the racing circuit wins every time.
Scarlet: I'm not sure....
Geoff: We couldn't possibly live in a house near a road.
