I don't understand this one. Is it something to do with popular culture?

Dave: Bearly!

...it was probably a pesky sales koala from a call centre in India, so don't worry.

This is up to your normal standard.

I will leave it to you to decide whether this is a good thing.

Thank you, Scarlet, for making everything clear.

Scarlet: Those pesky marsupials have always got their hand in your pocket.

Vicus: It sounds like a very good thing. I'm as "up" about that as the presenters on Live from Studio Five.

Dave: Thanks for explaining it to your fiancee.

I'm groaning. All I can do is groan.

O quanta koala sunt illa sabbata

*mutual groans with Mme D*

Kaz: I read that yesterday and thought you meant it was poor Oz had done it. I'm a bit slow on the uptake !!!

Geoff: You're a bit quicker on the uptake mate! G'day!

Madame De F: Underrated pastime, groaning.

Christopher: 15th Century references will shoot straight over my head!

I believe it's called a pun - don't suppose you'd know.

What Kaz said. And it's 12th Century, Peter Abelard. I don't know what they teach in seminaries these days.

Rog said...

Kaz: I think i've lost it!

Christopher: I went to see him with Eloise once. Gravesend Sea-School cadets were called peanuts. I suspect they were often assaulted.
