Pressing Ham

Whenever I make home-made ham I reach for my trusty ham press.

I do find that Pressing Ham can be such a  rewarding activity.

It is quite old and was made in the East.

I call it Queen Victoria, Ham press of India.

(This post occured to me this morning when I was imagining Dave riding his bike in the rain. Soup of the day. Old Ham with Capon)

Apologies for this post. I've just taken leave of my Census.

I felt sure that 'pressing ham' was a euphemism. Then I followed the link. It wasn't what I had in mind.

You've ruined my day with all this visual stuff. Never bike riding again.

Hmm this new hobby might not be as ham-less as it looks...
